Every request receives a unique reference. A requested slot is held only after BM confirms availability and receives the stated fee.

BOOKING PROTECTION

Clear costs before you commit.

  1. Quote validity: estimates remain valid for 7 days and depend on availability and final supplier confirmation.
  2. Booking confirmation: an event is reserved only after written acceptance, a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
  3. Consultations and tastings: appointment fees are prepaid and non-refundable once the slot is confirmed. One date change requested at least 48 hours beforehand is allowed, subject to availability.
  4. Event cancellation: BM applies a reasonable cancellation charge based on notice, work completed, non-refundable supplier commitments and the ability to rebook. The indicative charge is 20% more than 60 days before, 50% at 31–60 days, 75% at 15–30 days and up to 100% within 14 days or for a no-show.
  5. Final numbers: guest count and menu must be confirmed 14 days before the event. Reductions after that date do not reduce committed food, staffing or supplier costs.
  6. Site and supplier costs: travel, permits, power, difficult access, security, breakages, overtime, weather measures and third-party increases are charged only where applicable and confirmed.
  7. Bar service: alcohol is served only to adults aged 18+ and remains subject to venue rules, responsible service and applicable liquor-licence requirements.

These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final signed agreement will record the exact services, price and cancellation calculation for the booking.
