Enter only the last four digits of the main member’s identity number. Do not enter a full ID number, PIN, password or OTP.

Open the verified digital policy schedule, covered lives and policy terms linked to the current BM One record.

The policy page remains locked until the correct four-digit identity verification is entered. No policy schedule, dependant information or policy terms are displayed before verification.
